A leak, storm damage, a roof at the end of its life, a remodel you’ve set aside — we answer within one business day and inspect the work in person. Standing on the roof is the only honest way to price it, so it is the only way we price it.
Then you get a free written estimate — scope, materials, and price on paper — before anyone starts. On full replacements in Lexington and Richland counties, we pull the permits.
Two things we won’t do: price a roof we haven’t seen, or “waive” your deductible on an insurance claim. That is fraud in South Carolina, and we will not put your claim at risk.

Ole South is owned by Brian Jolly, a West Columbia native and Army veteran who spent nearly six years keeping Kiowa Warrior helicopters flying before he ever kept rain out of a house. Our lead contractor, George Boulware, has been building and remodeling South Carolina homes for over fifty years. And Brian’s son Lachlan answers the calls, rides along on estimates, and is studying building construction at Midlands Tech — learning the trade under George the old way.

On full roof replacements in Lexington and Richland counties, we pull the permits. On storm claims we assess and document the damage and work with your claim — and we will never “waive” your deductible, because that is insurance fraud in South Carolina.
